Greenely were looking for a marketing orientated Chief Commercial Officer who understood how to scale consumer tech companies into new markets. A complete understanding of how to acquire customers across geographies, drive retention and increase usage on their platform.
Approach
Starting with a strategy to delve deeply into our Scandinavian network, the initial focus was centered around candidates with direct B2C experience that have led growth journeys with early-stage start-ups on multiple occasions. Following an extensive market mapping exercise, we embarked upon a very thorough screening and qualification process before introducing a shortlist of appropriate candidates to the stakeholders at Greenely.
